S1 Pendidikan Kimia-Matakuliah Praktikum Dasar-dasar Kimia Analitik

Kompetensi/Competencies

Terampil melakukan analisis kimia secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode konvensional/Skilled in the qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis using conventional methods.

Bahan Kajian/Subjet Matters

(1) Analisis kualitatif, pemisahan golongan dan identifikasi kation/anion;  (2) Analisis kuantitatif meliputi analisis gravimetri, analisis volumetri yang terdiri atas titrimetri asam-basa dan aplikasinya,redoks,pengendapan (argentometri, iodo/iodimetri) dan kompleksometri /Qualitative analysis, separation and  identification of cation/anion; quantitative analysis including gravimetric analysis, volumetric analysis: volumetric analysis including acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation (argentometry, iodo/Iodimetri) and complexometry.

Tujuan/Objectives

Setelah melakukan rangkaian kegiatan praktikum analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara konvensional, yang meliputi perencanaan percobaan,  melakukan percobaan, menganalisis, menginterpretasi data dan menyusun laporan, mahasiswa terampil untuk 1) Memisahkan kation menjadi 5 golongan, mengidentifikasi jenis kation dan anion (2) Menentukan konsentrasi analit dengan metode  analisis gravimetri, analisis volumetri yang terdiri atas titrimetri asam-basa, redoks, pengendapan (argentometri, iodo/iodimetri) dan kompleksometri/After practiced the qualitative and quantitative analytical laboratory experimental activity  including experimental planning, doing the experiment,  analyzing, interpreting experiment data and composing experiment report, the students are able to (1) Separate and classify the mixture of cation to five group, Identify the cation/anion (2) Determinate analit concentration of sample using gravimetric analysis, volumetric analysis including acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation (argentometric iodo/Iodimetric) and Complexometric method.
