Kompetensi/Competencies

Menguasai cara-cara analisis dengan menggunakan instrumen modern dan prinsip-prinsip metode analisis modern, termasuk mengevaluasi dan melaporkan hasil analisis pada metode spektroskopi molekuler dan spektroskopi atom, kromatografi dan elektrometri/Mastering the way of chemical analyses using modern instruments and principes of modern analyses methods including the evaluation techniques and reporting analytical result of molecular and atomic spectroscopic methods, chromatography and electrometry.

Bahan Kajian/Subject Matters

Metode analisis modern yang meliputi: dasar-dasar spektroskopi yang meliputi interaksi materi dan radiasi, spektroskopi molekuler UV-Vis, IR, Raman, NMR, MS, metode-metode X-ray,spektroskopi atomik yang meliputi AAS, AES, AFS, metode elektrometri yang meliputi voltametri, polarometri, sensorserta metode pemisahan modern seperti kromatografi./Modern analytical methods: principles of spectroscopy including interaction between matter and radiation, molecular spectroscopy including UV-VIS, NMR, MS, atomic spectroscopy including AAS, AES, AFS, electrometrical methods including voltametry, polarometry, sensors and modern chemical separation chromatography.

 

Tujuan/Objectives

Setelah mempelajari konsep dan prinsip analisis instrumen modern melalui telaah literatur, diskusi, dan tanya jawab; mahasiswa dapatmenggunakan prinsip dasar metode dan instrumentasi serta aplikasi masing-masing metode yang tercantum dalam bahan kajian/After studied of concept and analyze of instrument modern through references studied, discussion and question-answer; students are able to use the basic principle of instruments and methods and its applicationsas explained in the Subject Matters.
