Menguasai secara mendasar dan komprehensif simetri dan kelompok titik, struktur senyawa koordinasi dengan bilangan koordinasi ter­tentu dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya, ikatan balik dan identifikasinya berdasarkan bukti spektroskopi Infra merah dan bukti kristalografi, spektroskopi UV-Vis senyawa koordinasi, spektroskopi infra merah senyawa koordinasi, sintesis dan reaksi senya­wa koordinasi, kinetika senyawa koordinasi, dan kegunaan senyawa koordinasi/Mastering fundamentally and comprehensively symmetry and point group, structure of coordination compounds having specific coordination number and factors affecting the structure, back bonding and identification of its occurrence based of infra red spectroscopy and crystallography methods, UV-Vis spectroscopy of coordination compounds, infra red spectroscopy of coordination compounds, synthesis and reactions of coordination compounds, kinetics of coordination compounds, and the use of coordination compounds.

Simetri dan kelompok titik, struktur senyawa koordinasi dengan bilangan koordinasi ter­tentu dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya, ikatan balik dan identifikasinya berdasarkan bukti spektroskopi Infra merah dan bukti kristalografi, spektroskopi UV-Vis senyawa koordinasi, spektroskopi infra merah senyawa koordinasi, sintesis dan reaksi senya­wa koordinasi, kinetika senyawa koordinasi, dan kegunaan senyawa koordinasi/Symmetry and point group, structure of coordination compounds having specific coordination number and factors affecting the structure, back bonding and its identification based of infra red spectroscopy evidence and crystallography evidence, UV-Vis spectroscopy of coordination compounds, infra red spectroscopy of coordination compounds, synthesis and reactions of coordination compounds, kinetics of coordination compounds, and the use of coordination compounds.

Tujuan/Objectives

Melalui perkuliahan, diskusi, mengkaji isi artikel jurnal yang relevan, dan penyelesaian tugas, mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang mendasar dan komprehensif tentang: (1) simetri dan kelompok titik; (2) struktur senyawa koordinasi dengan bilangan koordinasi ter­tentu dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya; (3) ikatan balik dan identifikasinya berdasarkan bukti spektroskopi Infra merah dan bukti kristalografi; (4) spektroskopi UV-Vis senyawa koordinasi; (5) spektroskopi infra merah senyawa koordinasi; (6) sintesis dan reaksi senya­wa koordinasi; (7) kinetika senyawa koordinasi; dan (8) kegunaan senyawa koordinasi. Tujuan lain dari kuliah ini adalah memberi bekal mahasiswa agar mampu memahami bahan pustaka, khususnya artikel-artikel jurnal yang berkaitan dengan struktur, sintesis, spektroskopi, dan kinetika senyawa koordinasi/Through lecture, discussion, comprehend content of relevant journal articles, and completion of assignments, students have fundamental knowledge and comprehensive understanding about:                              (1) symmetry and point group; (2) structure of coordination compounds having specific coordination number and factors affecting the structure; (3) back bonding and identification of its occurrence based of infra red spectroscopy and crystallography methods; (4) UV-Vis spectroscopy of coordination compounds; (5) infra red spectroscopy of coordination compounds; (6) synthesis and reactions of coordination compounds; (7) kinetics of coordination compounds; and (8) the use of coordination compounds. Other objective of this lecture is to give provision for students in order to be able to understand literature, especially journal articles about structure, synthesis, spectroscopy, and kinetics of coordination compounds.
