Matakuliah Pengembangan Program Pengajaran Kimia

Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam merencanakan dan mengembangkan program pengajaran kimia SMA yang inovatif dan efektif, pembelajaran kimia berpusat pada siswa dan pembelajaran kimia berbasis laboratorium/Having knowledge and skills for planning and developing an inovative and effective high school chemistry instructional program,  student-centered and laboratory-based chemistry instructions.

Bahan Kajian/Subject Matters

Fungsi dan peranan perencanaan program pengajaran kimia, beberapa pendekatan desain pengembangan program pengajaran, perumusan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan topik kimia, mengembangkan perangkat penilaian yang otentik, pemilihan strategi yang tepat untuk membelajarkan topik kimia, mengembangkan langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran, dan implementasi perencanaan pembelajaran inovatif (peer teaching)/The functions and the roles of a chemistry instructional program, some approaches for designing chemistry instructional programs, formulation of learning objectives in line with a chemistry topic, development of authentic assessment tools, selection of appropriate strategy for teaching a certain chemistry topic, development of teaching-learning procedures, and implementation of the innovative design (peer teaching).

Tujuan/Objectives

Melalui diskusi dan mengkaji literatur dari berbagai sumber belajar, mahasiswa mampu:

  1. Memahami fungsi dan peranan perencanaan program pengajaran kimia
  2. Memahami beberapa pendekatan dalam mendesain program pengajaran kimia seperti backward design, systemic approach
  3. Menganalisis materi kimia dan merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan.
  4. Menentukan cara menilai/mengukur pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran kimia dan mengembangkan perangkat penilaian otentik.
  5. Memilih strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran
  6. Mengembangkan langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif agar pembelajaran menjadi bermakna
  7. Menerapkan hasil rancangan pengajaran kimia dalam bentuk peer teaching

Through discussion and literature review, students should be able to:

  1. Understand function and role of the planning of chemistry instructional program
  2. Understand some learning approaches in designing the chemistry instructional program like backward design, systemic approach
  3. Analyze chemistry content and formulate the relevant learning objectives
  4. Determine the way to assess the chemistry learning achievement and develop the the instrument of authentic assessment
  5. Determine the innovative learning strategy to achieve the learning purposes
  6. Develop the steps of the meaningful effective learning
  7. Implement the result of chemistry learning design by peer teaching
